Payment & Cancellation Policy
Payment Schedule: To reserve a place, a €500 deposit is required at the time of booking. Once the retreat has reached the minimum number of participants and is guaranteed to take place, participants may pay the entire remaining balance in a single payment. A secure payment link and instructions will be sent by email.
For the Vietnam Retreat, the remaining balance must be paid by January 31, 2027.
For the Puglia Retreat, the remaining balance must be paid by May 31, 2027.
If the retreat is not confirmed, all payments made, including the deposit, will be refunded in full.
Once the retreat has been confirmed, the deposit becomes non-refundable and the standard cancellation policy applies.
Installment Payments: Once the retreat is guaranteed, participants may choose a monthly installment plan. A secure payment link and payment instructions will be sent by email.
The remaining balance will be divided into six monthly payments, scheduled on the 10th of each month. The exact payment schedule and amounts will depend on the selected room category and will be provided once the retreat is confirmed.
- For bookings made closer to the retreat dates, fewer installment payments may be available in order to meet the applicable final payment deadline.
- Participants may pay the remaining balance earlier at any time.
If the retreat is not confirmed, all payments made, including deposits and installments, will be refunded in full.
Once the retreat has been confirmed, all payments become non-refundable and the standard cancellation policy applies.
If a participant fails to complete the remaining payments by the applicable deadline, they will forfeit their place in the retreat and any payments already made will remain non-refundable.
Refunds and Booking Policy: Please note that all bookings are nonrefundable once the retreat has been confirmed. Payments are final, and no refunds, credits, or transfers will be issued following retreat confirmation, regardless of the reason. These terms are not subject to change in cases of unforeseen events beyond our control, including but not limited to illness, flight cancellations, war, terrorism, injury or death, or natural disasters. If, however, the retreat is canceled by Agnes Cecile due to force majeure circumstances, participants will be promptly informed and any payments received will be refunded in full.
Modifications: While we recognize that unexpected situations may arise, our nonrefundable policy also applies to any booking modifications. Once confirmed, bookings cannot be adjusted, and no refunds or credits will be offered for any changes.
Liability Waiver: By participating in the painting retreat, you waive, release, and discharge any claims or damages for personal injury, death, or property damage that may arise as a result of your participation, except in cases of sole negligence or intentional actions by Agnes Cecile. This release serves to indemnify Agnes Cecile from liability connected to your retreat participation.
By reserving your spot, you confirm your acceptance and understanding of both the Payment and Cancellation Policy.
We strongly encourage you to review these terms carefully and to consider purchasing appropriate travel and cancellation insurance to safeguard your investment. By proceeding with the booking, you acknowledge and accept the nonrefundable cancellation policy.
